It is a simple concept, but a profound one, without customers we would not have a business. So it is only right that the client, and their fair treatment, is at the heart of our proposition. As a whole, the industry is addressing treating customers fairly, and at Knock Knock Solutions we are no different.
We have a responsibility to ensure that our clients are being treated fairly, so we have undertaken to carry out the following
- Give the client the best product solution we can, not to take advantage of them
- Be flexible and adaptable to market changes
- Being clear in all our dealings
- If we make a mistake, not to dwell on it, but get it resolved as quickly and efficiently as we can
- Ensure business is spread across our panel of lenders, getting the best deal for the client we can, and not just relying on habit
- Carry out Competitor and Market Analysis regularly ensuring we have the appropriate lenders to provide those deals
- Keep a log of Customer complaints and questioning are we dealing with complaints fairly and in a timely fashion?
- Look closely at our fee structure, keeping fees negotiable where we can to get the fairest deal for a client
